Our printing partner strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We’ll email you a tracking code as soon as the order is shipped. Please use this code to follow your package for the most accurate delivery time. 

Where can I ship Merchandise to? 

Merchandise ships to the contiguous 48 states. 

How long will my order take? 

Since each product is printed on demand, please allow two to five business days to create your custom product and an additional six to nine business days for shipping. If you have any questions, please contact Herb & Lou’s at customerservice@herbandlous.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Returns for items purchased must be initiated through customerservice@herbandlous.com/ We are always available to help with defective items and will share all of your feedback with our partner.

How do I start a return?

You may initiate a return by emailing customerservice@herbandlous.com. Please allow us 24 hours to respond M-F.

When will I get my refund or replacement? 

After we communicate your issue with our partner, we will advise on the best course of action and act as promptly as possible to resolve it. If a refund is determined, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
