Spicy Meyer Lemon Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 cube of The Seymour
- 1.5 oz tequila (we used extra anejo)
- Juice of 1–2 lime wedges, to taste
- Small jalapeño, roughly chopped
- Cocktail Companions Dehydrated Lemon Slice, for garnish
- Salt & Tajin, to rim glass
Instructions
Rim glass with lime and a mixture of coarse salt and Tajin (to your taste), and set aside. Add as much or as little of the jalapeño pieces as you'd like to a cocktail shaker and muddle them to break them down a bit. Add cube, tequila and lime juice to the shaker. Shake until cube has dissolved. Strain into your rimmed glass. Toss in a dehydrated lemon slice for garnish and enjoy.
