Seymour's Irish Cousin

1. 2 cubes of The Seymour
2. 3oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
3. 1.5oz Crème de Menthe (white/clear or green)
4. 1.5oz Heavy Cream

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until cube is fully dissolved. Garnish with a mint sprig.
