Meyer Lemon Mojito


  • 2 cubes The Seymour
  • 2.5oz White Rum
  • 0.5oz White Crème de Menthe*
  • 1 Generous Sprig of Mint
  • 2oz Club Soda

*we used Tempus Fugit, but feel free to substitute with your favorite



Combine Crème de Menthe with mint into a shaker and muddle until the mint is sufficiently crushed. Add Seymour cubes and white rum and shake until cubes are completely dissolved. Top with club soda and pour into an 8oz Coupe glass. Garnish with a small mint sprig. (Can be served over ice for a lighter version.)
