• 2 cubes of The Seymour
• 2.5oz Dry Gin
• 0.5oz Amaretto
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
   

Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake until cubes are dissolved. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
