Forever a Pink Lady
Ingredients
- 2 cubes of The Seymour
- 1.75 oz Gin
- .75 oz Applejack (or any Apple Brandy)
- .25oz Grenadine
- 1 egg white**
- Dehydrated Lemon
** Consuming raw eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously until cube is fully dissolved and egg white is frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a slice of dehydrated lemon.
