Cocktail vs. Mocktail: Cran-Ginger Sour
Ingredients
- 2 Cubes of The Cooper
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- Cocktail Version: 1 egg white (Large egg)*, optional
- Mocktail Version: 2oz Club Soda (or to taste)
Instructions
Cocktail Version: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until cubes are fully dissolved and egg whites are frothy. Strain into a coupe glass.
Mocktail Version: Add cubes, cranberry juice and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until cubes are fully dissolved. Strain into a wine or balloon glass. Add club soda or seltzer to make a refreshing spritzer.
Either Version: Garnish with a Cocktail Companions Dehydrated Blood Orange slice.
