Cooper Goes to Boston
Ingredients
- 1 cube of The Cooper
- 3oz Bourbon or Rye
- .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White (Large Egg)**
- A few drops of syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Jar
** Consuming raw eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Instructions
Shake vigorously until cube is fully dissolved and egg whites are frothy. Garnish with lemon wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
