Twisted Clyde


  • 2 cubes of The Clyde
  • 1 oz black tea, chilled
  • 1.5 oz Jamaican rum
  • .5 oz cognac
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Dehydrated Lemon slice, for garnish


Add cubes, tea, rum, cognac, and the juice from a wedge of lemon to a cocktail shaker. Shake until cubes have dissolved. Pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated lemon.
