Peachy Keen Margarita


  • 2 cubes of The Clyde
  • 2.5oz your favorite tequila (we used extra anejo)
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 1–2 squeezes of lime
  • Optional peach cling syrup and salt to rim glass


Rim glass using a little syrup from a jar of cling peaches and some coarse salt. Add cubes, tequila, Cointreau and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until cubes are dissolved. Strain into rimmed glass. Garnish with a peach slice. Can't find fresh peaches? Use one from those cling peaches OR try garnishing with a few peach gummy rings for a sweet pop of nostalgic fun.
