Peach Mojito


  • 2 cubes of The Clyde
  • 2.5 oz White Rum
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint
  • One lime
  • Club soda


In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle a sprig of mint and a lime wedge until juice is expelled and the mint is fragrant. Add cubes and rum to the cocktail shaker. Shake until cubes are dissolved. Pour into your choice of glass and top with club soda for a little sparkle.
