Clyde's Bellini


  • 2 cubes of The Clyde, room temperature
  • A Splash of Raspberry Juice, optional
  • 3 oz or more of Prosecco


Instead of freezing your cubes, keep them at room temperature for this recipe. Add juice and cube contents to a champagne flute, then top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
