Mojito 2 Ways: Cucumber & Watermelon Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 cubes of The Cecile
- 3 oz Rum (we used white, but you can use your favorite)
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- Club Soda, to top
- Dehydrated Lime Slice, for garnish
Instructions
Add a few mint leaves, frozen cubes, rum, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until cubes have dissolved. Strain into a rocks or highball glass. Top up with a little club soda. Add a slice of dehydrated lime and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
