Mojito 2 Ways: Cucumber & Watermelon Mojito


  • 2 cubes of The Cecile
  • 3 oz Rum (we used white, but you can use your favorite)
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint
  • Club Soda, to top
  • Dehydrated Lime Slice, for garnish


Add a few mint leaves, frozen cubes, rum, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until cubes have dissolved. Strain into a rocks or highball glass. Top up with a little club soda. Add a slice of dehydrated lime and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
