Sample & Gift Terms

Campaign Terms — "Have a Drink on Us" & "Buy Your Friend a Drink"

• Sample offer ("Have a Drink on Us"): one (1) single-can sample per adult (21+), per email address and shipping address, while supplies last (campaign is capped). One sample code per subscriber email; codes are single-use. Customer pays shipping at checkout ($4.90). Codes expire 14 days after issue.
• Gift ("Buy Your Friend a Drink"): the drink is free; the purchaser prepays the recipient's shipping ($4.90 per gift) at checkout. The purchaser receives each recipient's single-use claim code by email and passes it along personally. Limits: one (1) gift drink per recipient email address; up to five (5) gifts per order. Recipients must be 21+ and located in a state Herb & Lou's ships to. One (1) can per code; the recipient pays nothing at claim; claim codes expire 30 days from purchase; no cash value; not redeemable for anything else. Sending gifts earns the purchaser nothing — there are no rewards, credits, or inducements.
• Refund fairness: If a recipient cannot redeem a claim code because their state is not served, the product becomes unavailable, or the code expires unclaimed, the purchaser may contact support within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of that gift or a replacement code.
• Void where prohibited: Offers are void where prohibited or restricted by law, including any state that prohibits or restricts free samples or promotional giveaways of hemp-derived THC products. Offers are available only in states to which Herb & Lou's lawfully ships; the state list is enforced at checkout and may change without notice.
• Age verification: All recipients must be 21 or older. We may require age verification at checkout and adult signature at delivery where required by law. Orders that fail verification will be cancelled and refunded.
• Program changes: Herb & Lou's may modify, suspend, or end the sample and gift programs at any time, including for regulatory reasons; issued, unexpired codes will be honored or the associated gift refunded.
• All products: 8mg hemp-derived delta-9 THC per can. Zero alcohol. Lab-tested — COAs at /pages/test-results. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drive or operate machinery. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Herb & Lou's may cancel codes/orders that violate these terms (multiple claims, resale, fraud, automated submissions).
