You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
· Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
· Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, email lousemailaddress@aol.com. Returns must be pre-approved and sent to the address we provide — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send:
· A prepaid return label
· Step-by-step return instructions
Email us within 72 hours of delivery at lousemailaddress@aol.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if available.
We do not accept returns for:
· Perishable or ingestible goods
· Sale or discounted items
· Gift cards
Send the item back and place a new order once your return is approved.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
